Shape of objects: Black, roughly vertical oblong/rectangular, two? large horn/antennae on the top.

Weather Conditions: Overcast

Description: I was walking home from taking my daughter to school, as I was passing the town hall this bizarre floating thing comes hovering slowly above the buildings. I wasn't sure what it was, so I stopped and stared and a man came and stopped next to me and asked what it was. It changed direction and floated across over the magistrates court. I've never seen anything with strange antennae on the top like this... it didn't look like it should be able to fly or float. It was silent.
