UFOINFO Sighting Form Report
Location: Waterhayes Village, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire
Date: June 17 2010
Time: 4:12am
Number of witnesses: None
Number of objects: One which split into three and then back to one
Shape of objects: A ball (at first white/silver) about 30ft diameter but after watching it for about 15 secs it split into 3 smaller ball-like shapes (this time the colour changed to orange). After a few seconds (aprox 10) the 3 balls resumed to it's original shape and colour and flew off at tremendous speed.
Could your sighting be a UFO balloon/lantern?: No
Weather Conditions: Very clear sky.
Description: This sighting was not a balloon, a plane or anything that could be recognized.
The bright shiny light (a whitish/silver ball) did not make a sound and stayed in one position (even when it split into 3 balls of yellowish-orange). The 3 balls quickly resumed the original shape and assumed it's previous colour ie: white/bright silver.
What was even more astounding was the speed when it returned to it's original colour.
I was sitting in my small library and looked out of the window when I saw this "thing". There is no way that it was a comet, meteorite, plane etc...(never seen a ball of silver/white light split into 3 smaller ones, changing colour as it did so and then shoot off at the blink of an eye.
There is no way I will report this oddity to TV or Radio because it does sound odd when describing this object in writing!
