Weather Conditions: Cloudy but calm

Description: Went to put rubbish out happened to look up seen a very bright orange white light in sky seems to be pulsating travelling from northwest going north easterly direction travelling very fast with no sound below cloud level watched it for about 10 seconds light went out could still see round dark shape as it went up into cloud definitely not Chinese lantern.
