Weather Conditions: Calm and clear night

Description: Me and my husband saw around 15 bright orange lights moving in slow motion above Bedford town around 22.30. At first we see around 8 moving in perfect formation then fade away then after a few seconds, more would appear and follow the same path and disappear. Was quite a clear night as could see other planes in sky but these lights looked bigger and a lot brighter than lights on planes. Tried to take photo and recording but cameras couldn't pick them up.
