Weather Conditions: Slightly cloudy

Description: Noticed large orange glow while driving down Kelvin Road, pulled over to watch. It moved very slowly in a south east direction before moving higher and out of sight. Looked light a street light but with no defined shape to it. Noticed many residents out of their home watching, drove to a garage where it was also being talked about.
