Weather Conditions: Very clear sky

Description: At 1.30 am, I looked out of my bedroom window, the sky was very clear. I saw a very bright light, at first I thought it was a very bright star, then another bright light appeared next to it, they both became very bright and bigger than a star, then went dim and faded out. Then less than a min later they appeared again, very bright and faded. A few mins later they appeared again for just a few mins and then went dim and went. They were stationary (not moving around) but were hovering slightly. There was no sound.

I actually was quite scared!! I was wide awake and had not been drinking alcohol! I don't look out for ufos and didn't know if I believe in them but after seeing that last night I believe theres other life is out there! Wonder if anyone else has been this in the Devon area?
