Location: Rise Park, Romford, Essex

Date: May 1991

Time: 2300-0000hrs

Number of witnesses: two

Number of objects: three

Shape of objects: Can only be described as Orbs

Weather Conditions: Clear warm evening

Description: My mother called to me to come into her room and look up at the sky.(this was in a north west direction). Upon looking up I saw three orbs in the sky coming together at what appeared to be a slow speed. The whole event went on for at least 15-20mins. We then lost sight of two of the orbs and the third began to move away. When doing so in a westerly direction it began to move faster and faster until out of visual range.

UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply:

Hi, it does seem plausible, especially with the video evidence. But in the case of what I witnessed when the light/orb moved off at speed would the light of have extinguished itself at that altitude/speed?
