Shape of objects: Oval - bright lights white and red

Weather Conditions: Cold but clear

Description: Report submitted to UFO organisation twice in 1996 with written explanation and drawing of what we witnessed, never had a response.

Object moved in mysterious ways unlike a normal plane or flying craft it was surrounded by numerous aircraft and helicopters it eventually shot off into the distance in an instant convinced what we saw was out of the norm initially I thought someone had spiked a drink with LSD as I could not believe what we saw.
