Full Description of event/sighting: On 5 November 1999 I was walking over to park with my daughter when we saw lights going round above our heads, these lights followed us over to Bonfire then disappeared. Anyway we came back home I got a phone call from a friend to say his wife had been followed by these lights I asked if lights where still there. He looked outside and said they where gone. I then looked outside and could see them so I started to film them and could only make them out when I went over the tape. Then this box UFO came into view on the tape and it was moving very fast, like into view and out. So the only way I could get a good look at this object was to put it on video then film it frame by frame from my television set.
