LOCATION:
East 87th Street Kansas City Missouri. Toward the city limits and I-435 North and I-435 South near the over and under pass areas.

DATE:
01100 hours date 11/10/2001---clear sky

APPROACH DIRECTION:
Standing still east about 25-30,000 feet using powered+binoculars.

DEPARTURE DIRECTION:
Not moving but hovering over the I-435's

WITNESS DIRECTION:
East on 87th Street KCMO

DESCRIPTION:
This not the first time. On 09/27/2001 their was a sighting this craft was cigar shaped with fins on the side several fins at that .

COLOR/SHAPE:
Silver color cigar shaped and the 2th craft may have had fins it was too high to tell.

HEIGHT & SPEED:
The size of a small house
