Witness Direction: on preir facing away from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. I believe it was East

Description: It started out as an ominous green line. It then spread out to a large square shape that had two dark lines running parrallel with a squiggly trail behind. It then started to shrink into an oval shape with the trail still visible and faded away within about 15 to 20 minutes. About 30 people and at least one person was taking pictures.

Color/Shape: pale green

Height & Speed: unsure Very large, and did not move, just appeared and disappeared
