Somewhere between 11pm and 12am CST

Approach Direction: SSW

Departure Direction: NNW

Witness Direction: NW

Description: Sighting lasted for appx 5 seconds. Was walking a friend to her car when i saw a bright flash, looked NW and saw 3 bright flashes of light, spaced over 5 seconds. A fast red red flash, then a pause, and a bright green flash that faded out and seemed to sparkle. Nothing was visibe after the green flash.

Color/Shape: color- red/green. shape- unknown

Height & Speed: height: conditions were partly cloudy, i would estimate the cloud height at 2000 feet max, the object passed in front of/under a cloud.

Speed: no clue, there was a 1-2 second pause between the last red and only green flash, in that time frame it moved about 1 inch. i estimate its distance at a minimum of 1 mile, size of a dime held at arms length
