UFO SIGHTING REPORT

Date: 7/22/03 around 11:30 pm

Approach Direction: approximately 15 to 20 feet above ground

Departure Direction: appear to be making a landing a few hundred feet west of freeway

Witness Direction: North

Description: On our way back home driving north on I5, me and my wife saw 3 bright lights in a triangle formation flying around in an odd pattern back and forth across the freeway. I suspect that it could be a small plane but as we approach the strange flying object, I could not hear the usual engine noise of an airplane even though the flying object pass me at mere 15 feet above ground. A moment later when my car is pulling further away, I saw it swoop down and appear to land a few hundred feet west of the freeway.

Height & Speed: 40 mph ? swooping between 10 to 40 feet above ground.
