UFO SIGHTING REPORT

Location: north jersey shore, keansburg, usa
Date: 11/15/03 et, 6am
Approach Direction: stationary
Departure _Direction: east
Witness Direction: south
Description: i was walking my dog on the beach when i looked across the horizon and saw 4 oblong shaped lights, they were just staying in one place and this lasted for at least 3 minutes. one by one the lights moved across the sky and went east at a slow pace for a few seconds but then accelerated and were gone in an instant.
Color/Shape: the color was blinding white and twinkling like stars, the shape was oblong.
Height & Speed: they would be huge if they were near as they looked as big as a street lamp from where i was standing.they were there when i got to the beach and moved away slow at first then accelerated and went fast out of sight.
TV/Radio/Press: i have never heard anything on the news, i know they wernt planes or helicopters as they were too uniform,

In answer to your questions, my dog didnt react that i noticed. There were 4
of these objects in a vertical line spaced out equally, they were oblong in
shape and looked like very bright street lamps. there were no aircraft in
the sky at the time and i saw no trail behind them, i look at all lights in
the sky as i saw lots of strange things when i lived in england ( my
children also witnessed these in england) the objects sat stationary for 5
maybe 6 minutes before the 1st one moved off slowly, increasing speed within
seconds to disappear, followed by the others at a regular space of time.
i would say that they were maybe the height that planes fly as they are
coming in to land or maybe a little lower but i may be wrong.The morning was
very, very quiet, not even the gulls were making a noise and there was no
sound from the sky at all. There was nothing else in the sky, it was
because it was so quiet that i was taking notice more than i usually do and
for some reason i couldnt take my eyes off the objects but i had a feeling
that if i didnt move that something would happen so i went home as fast as i
could and told my husband about it. I hope this is of help to you and if i
