Departure Direction: 40 dgrees northeast
Witness Direction: facing north
Description: I was packing up for fishing looking towards fountain hills when I saw a green light emerge from the mountains to the east. It went straight up at about MACH 2 and came to an instant stop 1000 feet above the mountains. hovered for 10 seconds then headed north east 40 degrees at an uncalculatable speed.
Color/Shape: green light approx 500 feet in diameter.
