Date: Thursday, April 1 at approximately 11p.m. CST

Approach Direction: Western sky, south of Ohio River

Departure Direction: Straight down and South

Witness Direction: West

Description: I saw a red spot in the Western sky that wasn't moving. After focusing on it for about 30 seconds, it immediately decended out of sight of the building at a rate of speed too fast to determine. It wasn't an airplane or a comet, and was too small to make out a shape except to say a dot-like shape, non flashing, just stable in the sky, motionless.

Color/Shape: small red dot-like shape, not blinking, just stable

Height & Speed: Was stable in the sky when sighted; then departed with extreme rapid decent unlike any speed known to me
