UFO SIGHTING REPORT

Approach Direction: flashed into the sky and stay stationary in the northwest sky at 5000 ft

Departure Direction: left to the west over lake

Witness Direction: facing northwest

Description: at 9 pm a light flashed into the northwest sky. a bright circle of light ringed by flashing green, blue,and red smaller lights, no sound and through binoculars not an aircraft and not a helicopter.object stayed stationary for 25 to 30 minutes and was video taped for 14 minutes, stationary. about 5000 feet high. weather was clear, object appears on tape surrounded by trees and roof top {shows its size and stationary for entire time]. third person across town was called and could see the same object move out toward the lake and slow speed. the moon was present to the far left and it was not a star nor planet, because after 30 min. it could be seen moving slowly away. had several mechanical melfunctions hours before the sighting in the house

Color/Shape: bright center light, smaller lights flashing around the center, blue, green,red. stayed statioary for 25 to 30 min. through binoculars you could see the dark shape, not a plane and not a helicoper,no sound.caught on video for 14 min.stationary.

Height & Speed: about 5000 feet in the nortyhwestern sky. moon was to the left at a distance. moved slowly away oward the norhwest over a large lake.
