Shape of objects: Unknown just a light.

Full Description of event/sighting: I saw the same red object that was reported as being seen in AZ. I went outside to have a cigarette and watch for meteors like I do quite frequently. The thing that stuck me after catching some movement was the color. The object was bright red just like the photos from AZ. I was looking approx. south and the object was traveling approx west to east. The object moved a lot faster than any of the satellites that I normally see. I watched it cover a large portion of the sky until I lost it behind a cloud. The object appeared to be very high and quite a ways off. It was approx. 45 degrees above the horizon and traveled in a straight line the whole time that I watched it.
