UFOINFO Sighting Form Report

Location: Bulverde/Texas/USA

Date: 06/28/05 9:45 pm

Approach Direction: Hovering in eastern sky

Departure Direction: Floated southward

Witness Direction: Toward the eastern sky

Description: Black object with light at bottom. Seemed to have a halo effect. Object remained stationary for approximately 20 minutes. Before "floating" off, the light/halo began to take on a shade of orange.

Color/Shape: Shape was not distinct. However it was dark in color.

Follow-up information from Brian Vike:

Weather conditions were clear. Lots of stars in the sky. When the UFO moved, it slowly glided to the south until it just disappeared. The UFO was approximately 3-4 miles away. There wasn't any distinct shape. It did have mass because it appeared as a black object. There was a small light and in the center a larger light. Bulverde is a suburb of San Antonio. There are quite a few Air Force bases in San Antonio. However, these Air Force bases are not close to Bulverde...probably about 30-40 minutes away (by car). The halo was white/yellow then changed to amber. The light was not blinking. The light was white and then gradually turned to an amber color. My husband and I specifically commented that there weren't any airplanes around. Typically, on a clear night, we see a lot of planes flying over because the airport is about 20 minutes from the house. HOWEVER, at 3:30 in the morning that same night, a very large helicopter fly over the house. It was loud enough to frighten the dogs and wake me up. Hope this helped clarify what we saw. What we saw that night wasn't like anything we've seen before. It is hard to verbalize what your mind can't grasp.
