UFO Sighting Report July 11th 2005 : Brook Park, Ohio, USA

UFO SIGHTING REPORT

BROOK PARK
OHIO

July 11th 2005

Location: Brook Park Ohio United States

Date: 7/11/05 12:15 am EST

Approach Direction: Southwest sky

Departure Direction: Southwest Sky

Witness Direction: Southwest

Description: A very bright red light that looked like a star or planet , it didn't appear to be moving, at times it looked as if the light would go dim and get brighter. After watching it for what seemed to be 2 or 3 minutes, it started to move south very slowly. Once it started moving the light began to dim and as it moved off into the horizon it just faded out of sight. At times it would change speed.

Color/Shape: Looked like a star Bright red light

Height & Speed: long distance at on point not moving at all up to maybe 3 to 5 miles per hour then moving 35 to 40 miles per hour.

TV/Radio/Press: I heard something on WGAR 99.5 out of Cleveland Ohio.

Hi Brian The only thing I can tell you is that it was a very Clear night out . I do live close to the airport but this was no plane It seemed to be at a hi altitude and then move to a lower altitude. There have been some say that it may have been a satellite. I know most people that called in to the radio station were from BrookPark Ohio . The city had a homedays celebration and they had a fireworks display that ended about an hour prior to seeing this and a lot of people were setting off fireworks of there own that might explain why most of the calls came from BrookPark.
