UFO SIGHTING REPORT
September 11th 2005
North Phoenix, Arizona Fantastic Light Show (Excellent Video Footage)
HBCC UFO Research: We are looking for anyone else who might have witness these lights on September 12, 2005, and asking it they would be kind enough to come forward and file a report. If you have any photos or footage of this same event on this date, again very much welcomed. Thank you, HBCC UFO Research.

As you know, we have been doing some research here in North Phoenix for a time now. Well, on Sunday while changing out one of the surveillance cameras we have running here, I looked to the south and saw some interesting lights. I started to film these lights which seemed very similar to those of the '97 sighting. That is, until one of them moves sharply to the left then shoots away. In fact, this happens about 8-10 times during the event.
I'm sending you this video in hopes of finding a couple more witnesses. It is interesting to note that the following two nights flares were dropped in this exact location. In fact, you may have gotten some reports from Phoenix regarding these lights. I had visuals via binoculars and camcorder for Tuesday night's event as well as a statement from DMAFB, all of which indicate a flare drop. That being said, I think its safe to assume nobody will be using "the flare theory" in regards to Sunday's lights. This one has me at a loss.
The daytime photo shows the right side of the formation in front of some mountains(Estrellas), while the left side seems to be just above and behind South Mountain This would leave it shielded from most of the valley. Interestingly, this is the same location they triangulated for the 97 Phoenix Lights.
You are welcome to post this video on the web, just let me know if any additional witnesses come forward. We currently have only a few other witnesses at this point and locating more video/witnesses would help us determine the source of these lights. We have been brain-storming as to what conventional object/process could exhibit such motion. The problem comes when you try to think of conventional sources capable of launching/projecting additional lights at incredible speeds(or give the appearance of doing so).
One possibility may be Earthlights, as there was a big proton storm on that night. The problem with that is the fact that at one point an aircraft happens to fly by and these lights seem to respond by winking out until it has passed by, then they start up once again.
