Seattle, Washington Flashing Lights-Intermittent Red White And Blue ?

Shape of objects: Too far off to make out the shape.

Full Description of event/sighting: It was a clear night. The moon was almost full and bright. The object in question was very visible. It remained motionless for about 15 minutes. What drew my attention to it was its flashing lights-intermittent red white and blue.

It was clearly not an airplane or a helicopter. I took out my binoculars and watched it for the duration. This is my first sighting, and I am convinced it is no earthly flying machine. I thought I take the time and report it. There may be more eyewitnesses to this events. I hope you hear from them. That would validate my sighting.
