Approach Direction: Object North upper Manhattan Departure Direction: East to West Witness Direction: North Description: Large Black Rectangle first motionless near 59th St. Bridge then move West across Manhattan then South then appeared again. Was thin when appeared head on called NYC office to see if they could indentify it. They saw it but is appeared to be a huge black square object.
