Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving home from work in a rush because I had evening plans set for the night. I first noticed the object when I made a right-turn on my local streets, and noticed a red bright light among the tree tops. At first glance I mistook it for police helicopter in some sort of stealth mode. I made a U-turn in a neighbor hood street. Parking my car in clear front view of the object. It was at about a distance of a 20 story building. It was strobing. It had rain all that day, and there were patches of clear sky. One of them revealing the UFO. I sat in my car watching the object for about a full 2 minutes before a cloud drifted in covering the object. For about half a minute all I could see was a light blinking behind a foggy cloud dimming out of focus, till there was nothing. Thank you to the witness for the report. Brian Vike, Director
