Southern Cumberland County, North Carolina A Long White Slender Object

Date: June 2, 2006
Time: Approx: 2:30 p.m.

Message: Hey, the fellow that had the sighting in Bladen/Cumnberland County. June 1st I was on the same road highway 87 going south as I work in Tarheel in the same area I had the last sighting, and I had another one, a long white slender object. I was approx 1/2 mile away. It was right near the power-lines again and as I watched, it disappeared into a cloud. I went up to Dandelion Lane and made a u-turn heading north. I pulled over for about 5 mins waiting to see it again, but I didn't see anything. The object was going in the same direction as the last one.

Additional Information:

It was June 2nd 06, I went back to my calendar to make sure. It was a partly cloudy day approx 2:30p.m. You know I went back to check other sightings in that area and found one near School Rd. which is right in that same area. It appears we have a hot spot here. If I'm not mistaken there was a couple more of them you might want to check your archive for those sightings. This is southern Cumberland county north Carolina. I had both my sightings near Dandelion ln. off of highway 87.
