Location: Temple City, California

Date: Sunday 10/22/2006 around 09:00 AM

Approach Direction: West side around 45 degree from my view at High around more than 10.000 feet

Departure Direction: West side

Witness Direction: Facing west at 45 degree to the Object.

Description: When I smoking out side, as always I searching the sky, at this time is clear morning sky. Suddenly I saw 1 object silver round floating in the sky not moving, (like a ballon push by the wind.) is about 10 to 15 minute and in the same shape until finally disappear. This happen same as last July I saw it.

Color/Shape: color is metalic silver

Height & Speed: more than 10.000 feet

TV/Radio/Press: no, I just take the picture on my cellurar phone, but when I check it just blue sky only.
