Approach Direction: Directly in front of my windshield

Departure Direction: Heading towards Barboursville or Milton WV area

Witness Direction: Facing east

Description: I was heading east on 1-64 in Huntington WV I was approximately 1 mile from the 29th Street exit when I seen straight in front of my windshield a fluorsent green football shaped object with a tail. It had some blue tint, also it was as low as a bird would fly. It seemed to fly smoothly like it had a person flying it, it was slow enough that I could observe it. I thought it was going to crash into a house, it was flying low enough to turn downward into a house or traffic. It was not anything from this world the color was so bright. I called WSAZ News Channel 3 to report the insedent and to see if anyone had seen the object.

Color/Shape: Green blue football or fish like shape with tail

Height & Speed: Maybe going 15 miles per hour. flying as high as birds fly
