Location: Atascadero, CA USA

Approach Direction: West

Departure Direction: West

Witness Direction: West

Description: Spotted bright light over hills between Morro Bay and Atascadero it moved up and down left and right periodically. It would also get brighter and change from white to green red and blue. Looked at it through binoculars but could not determine any nore defining features.

Color/Shape: Light, white, green, red, blue

Height & Speed: 3000 ft elevation just dissapeared
