UFOINFO Sighting Form Report

Location: Level Green, Penn Township, Trafford, PA 15085

Date: June 20, 2007
   First sighting: 8:48pm EST
   Second sighting: 8:53pm EST

Approach Direction: South Southwest

Departure Direction: East Northeast

Witness Direction: 1 witness facing East Southeast

Description: I was sitting on the back porch, facing south. About 900 ft behind the house is a stand of pines, averaging 100 ft. tall. A single engined Cesna type plane was flying over in a southerly direction. It was about 100 ft. The weather was clear blue sky, no clouds.

The setting sun glared off the object's fuselage, made it glow bright silver. It was about 18,000 ft., no sound. It traveled at a pretty good clip. Maybe, 300-350 mph.

The second sighting was a surprize. Maybe, there were two, 5 min. apart on the same flight path at a much higher altitude. Possibly, 25,000-30,000 ft.

It was travelling at a faster speed and was observed for only 2-3 min. Both objects appeared to be 2 1/2 times longer the normal blimps, which I see all the time. Both sightings were viewed with 7 X 35 power binoculars.

Color/Shape: Both objects were shaped like a long cigar, blunt at both ends, no tapering tail. On the rear there was a single elavator which was red. The fuselage was smooth, shiny, metal appearence. On the underbelly, it looked like a small cabin, like on a blimp. On the top (maybe, side) was a small yellow flashing light, like a strobe on a school bus, but flashed much faster.

On the second object, though at a much higher altitude, emitted a very thin vapor trail. Again, no sound.

TV/Radio/Press: I called KDKA Talk Radio to see if anyone reported this. I was told that {they} did not have any department that could handle that type of repot. I should call The Observatory on Observatory Hill. I did call them and left a message.
