Weather Conditions: Fair, no clouds in the sky

Description: My mother and I were stuck in traffic driving home from St. Paul, and she looked out of the drivers side window and told me to look out of it too. We saw this spherical-shaped ball of white light twitching about over the trees. It disappeared after about 3 minutes, and was gone. I looked through the windows at some of the other drivers in other cars, and most of them were looking and pointing in the same direction of where the orb had appeared.
