Nobody really knows what it is and what it was caused from. Kindof freaky if you ask me because people from Sioux Falls, SD to Rapid City, SD, claim that they had see it.

A search on Google News only produced one more (brief) article at KXNet.com which states that the first clip of video was taken at 8:00am from a mall skycam looking south-southeast, while the second clip was taken from a Rapid City skycam at about 8:15am
