Weather Conditions: clear, cool

Description: My sister was driving and I was sitting in the passenger seat. Off to the left I saw flashing red lights and thought it was a radio/cellphone tower. We continue on thinking nothing of it, until it's right over the road. It's flying at about treetop level, not much higher and is silent. We had the radio turned down because we had been talking, and I'm sure if it made any sound we would have heard it as close as it was. It traveled over the road and was in the distant in a matter of seconds. I looked for it in confusion and my sister asked if I had seen it too.
