Point Mugu In Southern California Orange Light Shooting Straight Up

Date: March 12, 2008
Time: 3:00 a.m.

Hi, I just found this article after doing research from what I witnessed early March 12, 2008. I was driving home a 3:00am when I witnessed this bright orange light in the sky. It looked like an orange bright cross shooting straight up. I figured it was some Army experiment, since I live fairly close to Point Mugu in Southern California. Then this light moved southwest and a tail began to appear. I kept blinking my eyes thinking I was crazy & tired, but I wasn't, since I was amazed at what I was seeing. I was only sorry that I of course was the only person around to witness this.

Once I read the article I was sure I saw the same things, but of course at a different time.
