Weather Conditions: Clear

Description: It looked like a star that kept changing colors, it hovered in the same place but kept moving slowly. It was moving in a circular motion at times. It kept going back in forth and up and down. It slowly moved out of the viewing area in all it was able to be seen for about an hour.
