Description: Myself (name removed) and 2 other co-workers were working at the Devens Federal Prison located on the Fort Devens military base. One June 12th we had a an early count because of the NBA Finals so we were locking the gates at the Recreation Yard and we noticed one of the housing unit officers looking straight into the sky. We then asked him what he was looking at and he pointed to this round metalic pill shaped object in the sky. It was going straight up for several hundred feet then stopped and moved sideways hundreds of miles an hour systematically tumbling end over end every hundred yards or so.
