Weather Conditions: clear skies

Description: It was above our lake, (long lake) we were watching that local sky fireworks and from the east was a bright red ball with an orange glow around it slowly approaching. I ran to get binoculars and when i got back the speed was moving rapidly west towards flint... it looked like it turned white then it just vanished, never in my life have i seen anything like it. we all were in shock.

TV/Radio: I called the police for Oakland County and asked if anyone else had called to report anything like that, I felt kind of foolish asking. Anyone does thinking you saw something extremely abnormal. a ufo ? an unidentified flying object. great --- no answers to this just really unreal.
