Weather Conditions: clear

Description: While looking at a plane that appeared to be flying at maximum altitude, my wife and I saw a dark round object flying in the opposite direction of the airplane at a MUCH higher altitude at a high rate of speed. It then stopped directly above then must have went straight up and moved beyond the atomosphere.

TV/Radio: no media was contacted. We did not want any attention to us regarding this manner.
