Description: My fiancee and I were on the balcony of our condo, which is on the top floor, we saw a round object, north of west chester. The object was stationary with lights all around it, the lights were white, yellow and red. They moved around the round disc continually. We knew it was not an airplane because they do not stand still. We knew it wasnt a planet because they have no revolving lights. We got out our binoculars and watched the object for ten minutes, it disappeared with a flash of light....we know it was a ufo because we could clearly see it. I was wondering if anyone else may have seen the same object on the same night.... Thanks.
