Hello,

I wanted to relate a sighting last night seen after fireworks calmed down, by my level-headed neighbor and his family. They saw a large white light approach from the west along the San Gabriel Mountains, then change direction at a sharp angle, move north and gain altitude over the mountains at an extreme rate of speed.

Nothing has been posted yet by anyone else.
