Number of objects: 8

Shape of objects: Spherical

Weather Conditions: Clear

Description: There was approximately 8 spheres in formation. They moved slowly over a period off 30 minutes moving in NW direction from out location.

During this time 9 F-18's from MCAS Miramar launched as well as a Navy SH-60. This tells me that something hit the radar for them to scramble jets.

Searching on the internet there was a reporting on Fox 6 news on January 1, 2009 of 7 spheres in Clairemont, CA. This same group seemed to be the same look as what we saw today.

TV/Radio: No reporting as I can tell.
