Weather Conditions: Clear from what we can gather...could see stars and airplanes clearly.

Description: We noticed a very large round bright light shining downward...much larger than a helicopter search light...probably 5 times bigger than that. It was shining straight ahead, then straight down and then in the blink of an eye it disappeared instantly going straight up.
