Shape of objects: Triangular, flat in appearance

Weather Conditions: Dark, Clear Skies, approx. 50 degrees with no breeze

Description: Witnessed bright white light hovering over Irish Hills near Los Osos Valley Road. Followed light while in my car as it slowed, hovered and sped up in an irratic pattern. Witnessed bright light over an open field and pulled car along side the road to watch it. It went out farther, grew small in view and then "came back". Slowed over field off of Higuera St. and as it approached near my vehicle, we opened the window to hear if it had a sound. Silent and it crossed in front of the vehicle slowly, turned and then sped quickly over the Cuesta Grade. Triangular in shape, 5 lights: 1 green, 4 white; no sound. Poor quality cell phone picture avail. of back end of object. 2 lights.

TV/Radio: n/a reported to San Luis Obispo sherif's department. No other reports made at department prior to my call at approx. 9:15 pm November 29, 2009
