Shape of objects: Circular with a series of white lights at the base and one red light at the top

Weather Conditions: Clear

Description: While driving along PCH [Pacific Coact Highway - UFOINFO] we spotted a weird shape in the sky just off the coast at PCH and Beach Blvd. The round object traveled north and into town. The object was moving at a very slow speed, almost a hover. I opened the window to see if I could hear an engine etc... Not a sound could be heard. The object was at about 10 stories high and very visible. The object was circular with white lights going around its base at a slow speed. The lights were in a group of 5-6 lights with a gap and another group. This pattern repeated three times. At the top of the object was one red continuous light. When we turned up Main Street we lost sight of the object.
