Weather Conditions: Slightly cloudy

Description: Object was located on the North East horizon off of Golf Center Pkwy Indio, CA. Sky was slightly cloudy, the object had a semipherical shape with reflecting a bright white light. The object was still for a while; a picture could of been taken if a camera was accessible at the time. Slowly if diminished towards the east.
