Weather Conditions: dark( clear) 80 degrees. humid. a little windy
Description: Went outside. Saw the circular object rotating and the bottom seems to have a black hollow look, like it was hovering. The top had the cliche look of a light. The orange lights were blinking in a circular motion. In a spinning rotation across the sky, it seemed to fly over Windermere, then from what it appeared, it flew off to Clearmont. According to my other witness(my sister) she said the traffic at highway 429 was very slow and people were video taping the event!
