Description: When I was a child I saw a flying saucer hover without sound over my next door neighbor's house. The sky was bright blue and very sunny. The silver saucer hovered suspended in air without moving for about a minute. The sighting was seen by other people in my city and was reported in the Fall River Herald News the next day. A plane flying over Provincetown Massachusetts at the same time roughly almost had a collision with the same flying saucer. It was picked up on radar.
