Shape of objects: It was covered by a cloud with an illuminated edging

Weather Conditions: Clear

Description: My friends mother was outside their home on second st. In Swanton, Vermont. She called my friend (who will not let me name her), her brother and myself out of the house to observe this object moving slowly in the sky. It was flying very low. Three air force jets from (I assume) Plattsburgh, NY ab, in perfect formation flew much higher than the object. The jets came overhead straight, then banked a hard left. They were only seen for seconds. The object flew low, and slow. It was a dark gray 'cloud' with the outer rim super luminated. We followed 'it' toward my house which at the time was on New St., Swanton, VT.

TV/Radio: I did not read the paper, but my mother mentioned that the St. Albans messenger had an article.
