Col.Judah Meire, an Israeli, comes to America to attend West Point where his life changes dramatically. Through twists and turns, he is steered into a job with the CIA's new Top Secret Remote Viewing Project. When Christian Congressmen, members of he military and intelligence community become concerned with the project protocol changing from spying on enemies abroad to scanning the heavens for extraterrestrials, Judah finds himself right at the center of this earth shattering undertaking.   The battle between the forces of good and the forces of evil rages across the country and eventually the world. It climaxes in Israel at the Wailing Wall on the Jewish New Year where people begin to disappear. Judah realizes that the battle with UFOs is not for the planet of man but for the soul of man.
