A TRIBUTE TO BILL COOPER

Bill Cooper first came to light for me as secret agent ‘Falcon’ in the 1988 broadcast ‘UFO COVER-UP LIVE’ from Washington DC. It was expected that the show would be terminated within 15 minutes, but even to the producer’s surprise, the show ran full length. ‘Falcon’, along with agent ‘Condor’, both shown in silhouette, poured out information along with computer graphics and drawings. Falcon and Condor described the aliens in great detail, and Falcon became famous for his ‘they love strawberry ice-cream’ statement. He confirmed that the Roswell crash did happen, and that they had a living alien held at area 51 until 1952 when it became ill and died. He stated that years later, they even received several alien craft to test fly – with the help of other aliens. He also confirmed that they came from Zeta-Recticuli, had a hand in establishing religion on this planet and helped write what is known to MJ12 staff as ‘The Bible’, a yellow book which details the alien race’s civilisation. At that time, the information was staggering. Several years later it turned out that Falcon was William Cooper.

Bill Cooper was a military person, following his family line that had served in the USA military through history. He served in the USAF and the US Navy and in both, ended up honoured and very high ranking. So high ranking that he got to see hell-of-a lot of UFO documentation. He was handed the autopsy photos of the Roswell aliens; he was shown documentation about recovered craft, test flying craft and how the entire MAJIC council worked, and lots more.

Years later after learning all this information, he decided to pass this information onto the public. Other people before him tried the same but were just laughed away. They sat up and listened to Bill as his military background checked out and it was impressive. He sent copies of his information to many people throughout the USA, making sure that word got out. If the government ordered an assassination at this point, then everyone would know that he was telling the truth about the aliens. Bill Cooper went on to lecture in EVERY State in America and he broadcast to millions over the years over the radio. He also founded several companies during this period. In 1993, Bill Clinton ordered all federal agencies to begin investigation, persecution, and prosecution of Mr. Cooper to shut him up. A huge battle ensued with the IRS of which there were no winners, but it side-tracked Cooper and made him very bitter.

On November 5th 2001, State Troopers went to arrest Bill Cooper on ‘a local issue’ as they put it. Cooper went on the run for a short while in his vehicle and returned home with the police in hot pursuit. As he exited his car and made for his home, he shot a police officer in the head twice before being brought down by another officer himself. Bill Cooper was killed and the police officer lived.

Mr. Cooper paused briefly, and a lady in the audience asked the obvious question, "Why haven't YOU been assassinated?" "If they were to kill me right now, what would you think?" Cooper posed. "That it's the truth," several people chimed. "I've got `em right where I want `em. If they touch me, everyone who's ever heard me talk, is gonna be absolutely enraged and is gonna know that everything I've said is true. As long as they don't touch me, there's gonna be some of you who are always gonna be wondering.

Sheriff's Deputy Shot; Suspect Killed

A sheriff's deputy in eastern Arizona is hospitalised in critical condition after being shot while trying to arrest a suspect. The suspect was in turn shot and killed. The confrontation occurred in the town of Eager around midnight.

Department of Public Safety spokesman Officer Steve Volden says the Apache County sheriff's deputy was shot twice in the head. He was airlifted to a Phoenix hospital. His name wasn't immediately released.

Volden says the deputy was among several officers who were attempting to arrest 58-year-old William Milton Cooper of Eagar.

Volden says Cooper had been armed with a handgun. He says details of the shooting will be released later at a news conference. DPS was called in to investigating the shooting.

Bill Cooper was one of the most dedicated researchers around, and someone who fought tirelessly for freedom, exposing cover-ups and corruption and for spreading information.

His 'Behold a Pale Horse' is recommended reading for anyone who wants to read about the state of the world and hidden agendas being played out behind the scenes. Freedom (as in speech and liberty) has lost a great figure, but the fight must go on.

I would like to add to all that know, my condolences to Mr Coopers family. He was a trooper. I guess they knew he would never let them take him down... and at least he went down fighting.

The Sherrif's and Deputies should have known better and got what they deserve.

He may have been a wild, carousing type of guy, full of anger at the government and at so many other people, as some of you have implied, but I was very impressed by his book and videos, they opened my mind and my eyes up to a lot of realities about 10 years ago. He was truly a pioneer and a rebel! That anger motivitated him into action! May he rest in peace.

A Short Biography

William Cooper was reared in an Air Force family. As a child he lived in many different countries, graduating from Yamato High School in Japan. Since he has travelled through or lived in many different foreign countries Mr. Cooper has a world view much different than most Americans.

William served with the Strategic Air Command, United States Air Force. He held a secret clearance working on B-52 bombers, KC-135 refuelling aircraft, and Minuteman missiles. William received his Honourable Discharge from the United States Air Force in 1965.

William joined the United States Navy fulfilling a dream previously frustrated by chronic motion sickness. He served aboard the submarine USS Tiru (SS-416), USS Tombigbee (AOG-11), Naval Support Activity Danang RVN, Naval Security and Intelligence Camp Carter RVN, Danang Harbour Patrol RVN, Dong Ha River Security Group RVN, USS Charles Berry (DE-1035), Headquarters Commander in Chief Pacific Fleet, USS Oriskany (CVA-34).

Cooper was a member of the Office of Naval Security and Intelligence serving as a Harbour and River Patrol Boat Captain at Danang and the Dong Ha River Security Group, Cua Viet, Republic of Vietnam. William Cooper was awarded several medals for his leadership and heroism during combat including two with "V" for Valor.

He served on the Intelligence Briefing Team for the Commander In Chief of the Pacific Fleet. William was the Petty Officer of the Watch and designated KL-47 SPECAT operator in the CINCPACFLT Command Centre at Makalapa Hawaii. There he held a Top Secret, Q, SI, security clearance.

William Cooper achieved the rank of First Class Petty Officer, QM1, E-6 after only 8 years of Naval service, a difficult task in any branch of the United States military. William Cooper received an Honourable Discharge from the United States Navy on December 11, 1975.

William attended Long Beach City College where he picked up an Associate of Science Degree in Photography. He founded the Absolute Image Studio and Gallery of Fine Art Photography in Long Beach, California.

William held the position of Executive Director of Adelphi Business College, Pacific Coast Technical Institute, and National Technical College. Mr. Cooper was the National Marketing Co-ordinator for National Education and Software.

He produced several documentaries covering subjects such as the Kennedy assassination and secret black projects that have built flying disk shaped craft. William is an internationally acclaimed radio personality broadcasting the Hour Of The Time on WBCQ world-wide short-wave 7.415 MHz from 10 PM until 11 PM Eastern Standard Time (0300 to 0400 UTC) Monday through Thursday nights.

Alleged Chupacabras Capture Causes a Stir

"Yes, it's true. They finally caught that weird thing. They said it was holed up in a cave. That's good, because we were very frightened by that critter," said Miguel Gonzalez, a resident of the community of O'Higgins in the city of Huasco, in Chile's 3rd Region. Gonzalez is not alone: a growing number of local residents claim that the mythic Chupacabras, the beast which has allegedly roamed all over Chile sucking blood and killing harmless farm animals, has been captured by a family of this northern city.

"They say its just rumours, but I'm certain that it's the plain and honest truth. It's just that people were tired of seeing their animals lying around dead all on account of this creature," says Pamela Alegria, a resident of Condell Sur. Maria Gutierrez, who lives in the same town, agrees with Pamela: "It's been seen a lot in these parts, especially at night. It's true that the descriptions change a lot. Some say it's like a kangaroo with wings, others say it is like a strange bird. What doesn't change is the manner in which the deaths occur, and people are tired of these attacks," she claims.

For more than a year, thousands of animals have turned up dead under mysterious circumstances in the northern region of the country. The animals present twin puncture marks on their necks and are bled dry.

"A co-worker of mine saw it about a week ago. He heard a strange noise on his rooftop and crafted a plan with his wife: he would open the door and she would turn on the lights," states Jorge, also a resident of Condell Sur. The plan worked perfectly. "Only a few meters away from my compadre there stood a creature resembling a bat, but larger and about one meter tall, making an effort to climb the wall. Unfortunately, the thing managed to get away. Now they say that it's been trapped at the Pellet plant, a mining zone to the south of Huasco, near the coast, "explains Jorge.

The Carabineros (state police) of the Huasco Deputy Sheriff's office insist that such claims are merely rumours. "People around these parts make up a lot of things. Up to now we haven't received any claims, nor have we taken any measures in this regards," declared a police spokesman.

UFO SIGHTINGS

MATLOCK, DERBYSHIRE. UK.

A NERVOUS Winster driver was just seconds away from photographing a UFO on Halloween night. (October 31) Derek Holmes (66) was driving home from Cromford when he spotted a strange bright light in the sky. Mr Holmes, from Lea Croft Road, said: "I thought to myself; 'good God! what is that. I could see this very big, bright, white object. At first I thought it was a car coming from the other direction, but then realised it was not moving. I felt nervous, it was a peculiar feeling, I had read before about UFOs thinking there must be some simple explanation."

The UFO was first spotted by Mr Holmes on Bonsall Moor near the Salters Lane junction at 10.32pm. As he drove nearer the light it was obviously not a road vehicle but a round airborne object, with curved edges. Slowing down, Mr Holmes searched for a safe place to stop on the narrow road, to capture the brilliant image on film. But despite having a camera in the back he was too slow. "The size of the light went down, it was as if someone had hit a dimmer switch and it went yellow," added Mr Holmes. "It started to move into the distance and then disappeared altogether."

ANOTHER SIGHTING

Is the Bonsall UFO back in the Dales?

On Monday night, Matlock landlady Karen Sismey looked out over the veranda from the Thorn Tree Inn on Jackson Tor Road to spy a similar object in the same area. "My husband Phil had been out there at around 10.45pm when he saw something hovering in the sky, so he shouted me and I came out with my binoculars," said Mrs Sismey. "It was over Bonsall and it must have been just there for a good 15 minutes. It was showing very vivid colours with red at the bottom, and then ranging from emerald and blue colours to a bright lemon yellow."

The object was seen by other visitors to the Thorn Tree, including a BBC cameraman filming in the area - but unfortunately he did not have his camera to hand.

"It was too far away to say how big it was but it must have been big for me to be able to see it," Mrs Sismey added. "It was not a helicopter or an aeroplane and I know that it shouldn't normally be there."

MORE SIGHTINGS

Unexplained activity still mystifies Derbyshire Dales residents after a Matlock teacher spotted a UFO on Thursday October 18th. A cold was keeping Joan Green awake at 02:25 when she spotted three red, blue and silver lights moving in a random pattern. She said: "My son thought I had taken too many 'Lemsips (a hot lemon drink in the UK. Ed). but I am certainly not 'losing it' and seeing things in the sky.

After I first saw it, I went outside where there was no reflection from the window. I went and got the binoculars and I could see what looked like tiny triangles. I returned inside and prowled about intrigued, I had a look at an Ordinance Survey map and used a path finder compass to find out exactly where it was. After a few minutes, Mrs Green pinpointed the sighting to be over Bonsall. At 02:55, she looked into the sky to find the lights were closer to the ground. The first sighting was at 45 degrees to Mrs Green, the latter at 25 degrees.

MATLOCK IS UFO HOTSPOT OF BRITAIN

A Ministry of Defence official has finally confirmed Matlock and the Derbyshire Dales to be Britain´s unexpected UFO hot spot! In an exclusive interview with editor Don Hale, the director and reporter of a Nottingham based TV documentary team have revealed some amazing facts from their detailed six-month investigation into UFO sightings throughout the region - and claim to have recorded many other fascinating facts for a special programme that was screened in October.

Their report included interviews with credible eyewitnesses, footage of UFO sightings at Matlock and Lea, discussions with Nick Pope, a former UFO desk officer at the MOD, best-selling author Timothy Good, and Leicester aero engineering expert, Colin Saunders - who even made a detailed drawing and model of the craft from his personal sighting. (See last issue of UFO NEWS UK)

Four Sheets Films, run by director Owen Gaffney, with experienced producer John Arnold and conspiracy researcher Trevor Howes, claim their results are "beyond belief." Their unique documentary based on the theme "Space" and entitled "The Matlock Triangle" formed part of Carlton Television´s "First Cuts Scheme" providing new challenges and opportunities for new directors. Their company investigated a large cluster of alleged UFO sightings over a wide area and in particular the Derbyshire Dales. And as if to emphasise that claim, UFO sightings were reported over the town´s football ground at Causeway Lane, where several people saw a series of bright lights over the pitch - and they didn´t play until Saturday!This mirrored another similar sighting three months earlier - and just four miles away when a couple complained a UFO had spoilt their watching of Big Brother!

Owen explained: "I have been absolutely staggered at the findings. Many people saw many different things. Some saw very bright white lights, others saw varied shapes ranging from triangular objects of pulsating lights, to a cigar shaped craft, a dome shaped like a bowler hat, to a large glowing millstone. "Witnesses noted things in the skies that as far as I know don't even exist." Owen was both pleased and surprised by the interview at the MOD. He said: "I didn´t think Nick Pope would give an interview, he was the desk officer in charge of investigations at Whitehall for three years. "He didn´t do the interview lightly but said he was convinced extra-terrestrials are entering British air space.

Trevor Howes, who appeared on camera for the interviews added: "Linking a local theme with something universal has been quite opportune. The story is amazing! "Nick said he had personally investigated many reports and said he had been given security clearance to talk to us. He was adamant many UFO´s had been seen in the Matlock area and claimed the facts could not be explained. "He said Matlock and the Derbyshire Dales region in particular was Britain´s top UFO hot-spot."

The reporter thought the presence of water at Ogston and Carsington reservoirs, plus a large navigational transmitter towards Ashbourne could have attracted UFOs. He added: "Derbyshire is certainly buzzing - but other areas have been equally prominent in the past." The team claimed footage of a craft over a slagheap at Shirebrook in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, was excellent, and also praised the efforts of a woman at Lea, Derbyshire, who filmed a UFO over her house for nearly an hour. Another woman from Bonsall, near Matlock, who it was claimed, sold her six-minute camcorder tape to an American film company for a substantial fee! The selling of the video tape has since been disproven. (This tape does exist however as I know that UFO investigator Mr Omar Fowler has viewed the tape. Ed). They also interviewed best selling UFO author Timothy Good who is convinced alien craft have been visiting these shores for decades.

The Four Sheets Film crew is definitely convinced something unexplainable is certainly out there on a regular basis. Their production team agreed that there seemed to be a common thread of unusually shaped craft that had bright lights, were silent running, and can gather extreme speeds. Trevor confirmed: "To meet some MOD official who openly believes alien craft are infiltrating our air space was incredible. I can´t understand why the media don´t take the matter seriously. They should take it seriously, for it could be one of the biggest stories in the history of mankind," adding: "Perhaps they will after they see our film!"

Matlock Mayor Ann Elliott was equally bemused by all the alleged activity in the night skies: "It´s something you find in the Derbyshire water that attracts them. Landing is the problem on a Derbyshire Dales car park - and the excess parking charges. The truth though is out there somewhere!

SATELLITE MAY FALL ANYWHERE

A Japanese satellite that stopped operating in 1998 will probably enter the atmosphere and fall to Earth between Nov. 31 to Dec. 10, the National Space Development Agency of Japan has announced. The satellite, Fuyo No. 1, which observed land, resources and the Earth's environment, could fall onto any part of the planet except the Arctic and Antarctica, NASDA officials figured.

The satellite, launched in 1992 and weighing 1,340 kg, was orbiting at an altitude of 342 km as of Monday, according to the officials. It will be the first time a Japanese satellite that orbited the Earth has fallen back to the planet. "It will be impossible to predict where the satellite will fall, even at the last minute," an agency official said.

The officials believe only two titanium-alloy spherical tanks resistant to heat will remain unburned in the fall. Each tank is 55 cm in diameter and weighs 7 kg. The satellite will most likely (re-enter) on Dec. 4, they said.

About 10 Japanese satellites have plunged into the atmosphere so far, but none has been confirmed to have reached the surface.

£130 MILLION TO FIND ALIENS.

British Ministers are pumping £130 million into the search for aliens. The cash injection is part of a £380 million package revealed yesterday to fund new space research. Joint European projects will include a search for "signs of life in the solar system and beyond". Unmanned missions will go to Mars and Titan, a huge moon of Saturn. Probes are also planned to find earth-like planets in other solar systems which could support life.

Science Minister Lord Sainsbury said the £380 million would "keep the UK at the leading edge of science and technology". Welcoming the cash, space campaigner and LibDem MP Lembit Opik said: "The Government is wise to back this research because of the ground-breaking shift in outlook that finding extra-terrestrial life would cause. Even if we only discovered simple single cell life forms, it would prove that we are not alone."

The European Space Agency is committed to sending the British-led Beagle 2 Lander to Mars in 2003.

If the British Government gives me a mere £20 million, I will give them FOUR good places where to look, which would guarantee them a higher chance of finding life, and their technology to go with it, saving them millions in the long run. Everyone knows that we won't find living beings on Mars and Saturn so this would be a foolish place to look; it's to bloody cold for starters! This sounds like a 'siphoning money away to people's pocket's' project if you ask me! Come on, give us £20 million and I'll tell you. Ed.
